The overall experience was long and not easy, but throughout ICA was a great partner - and yes I did get passports for myself and my family. We did the "in Italy" approach, which was a big adventure. We did bump into multiple issues along the way and many of them are impossible to predict in advance. ICA was a great partner the entire time, beyond helping to retrieve documents, they advised and went to bat for me multiple times both at the municipality where I lived and at some specific Italian Consulates in the USA that were very slow to engage. I really feel like I could not have done it without their help. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get Italian citizenship. I will also use them again in the future if the need ever arises again for my family. I honestly can't thank them enough.
