The experience with their web site is terrible.Messages labelled "feefo" keep praising ItaliaRail with gorgeous reviews written in sound English. I believe that they are fake. It should not be legal, it is misleading.Substantial fees are added to the ticket price. I do not understand why and I do not understand why there are different ones.But you have no choice if you want to buy a ticket for the Italian railways. It is the lack of competition/regulation.
