I contacted Italia solutions, as I noticed the price on the coffee had increased quite substantially, I didn’t understand why this was. Anita, was prompt in her response, explaining the worldwide coffee situation, but because I was a regular customer, offered me a 10% discount. Although the 10% did not make a huge difference to my bill, as I buy a lot of packets, I really felt Anita had understood my concern and because of this, I ordered my usual amount. I’m still quite a bit out of pocket but am ok with it, as I love the coffee.
I tried to order Lavazza coffee the evening before and didn't because Italia Solutions UK were directing me to PayPal when I was wanting to pay by Debit Card. I received emails afterwards and decided to reorder and paid with my debit card the next day. The order came within the time scale advised and the driver was extremely courteous. I'm a regular user of the coffee ordered which is Lavazza crema e gusto espresso risveglio classico 8/10 and strongly recommend this product.
