Scam company

Scam company. I attempted to cancel my service in September and was under the impression it had been cancelled. I was surprised by a charge on my card, and contacted them asking them to respect my intent to cancel. Instead, they forced me to pay a $25 "restocking fee" for a shipment that hadn't even been made.Use a reputable wine club, not this, unless you like being talked down to by customer service managers who want to fight you over $25.

This wine service is top notch

This wine service is top notch! I was receiving 12 bottles a month, and believe me, they were so good, I drank every last drop and was usually ready for the next box of 12. I’m trying to cut back so I’ve lowered my order from 12 to 6 bottles. No problem! No questions asked. No pesty ads trying to push more on you. I never have received a bottle that wasn’t absolutely devine.

Most wines are very good. Usually 1-2 out of 6 are drinkable, but I wouldn’t buy another.

Wrong wine

There is no way to adjust my wine preferences or have them adjusted via emailed request to the company. So I had to make an appt with a concierge to accomplish it. That happened in March - it is October now! You are still sending me wine that I do not prefer and my profile hasn't changed in years. I will be looking for another wine club.
