I'm extremely dissatisfied with how the service managed expired credits. My credits expired without any warning, and I didn’t receive a single reminder email. Previously, when this occurred, the support team restored my credits, which led me to believe it wouldn’t happen again. Not informing users before voiding paid credits is unacceptable. These are real funds, and losing them without notice feels unfair and disrespectful.
