My partner and I have been loyal customers for years, making numerous purchases. The company initially presents their items beautifully. However, one piece was poorly designed and couldn't be serviced locally. After a year, one ring had a discolored shank. When I requested authorization for resizing, I was informed that the company wouldn't accept the ring for resizing after a year. In June, we bought two wedding bands, but by November, one band, which was well cared for, began losing baguettes. I was asked to provide photographic evidence, which confirmed the ring was not misused. I was then asked to pay $50.00 for a replacement. I felt this was unfair and was quickly offered the same replacement for $25.00. An order number was assigned, and I was charged immediately. This all transpired on Nov 30th, with discussions starting on Nov 25th. Today, I left a voicemail as no live representatives answer calls, and I have not received any response via email, text, or phone. I am very disappointed and feel this serves as a cautionary tale.
