This service is a scam!

This service is a scam! I ordered a ring before the holidays and paid extra for expedited shipping, but it never arrived. I used a payment platform and had to open a dispute. When I checked the order on the website, it showed that I paid but it was never shipped. Now it indicates that the order is "closed"—what does that even mean? There is a tracking number, but it leads to nowhere! Avoid this seller at all costs! Beware!!!!!

Wonderful Jewelry at a Reasonable Price

Wonderful jewelry at a reasonable price. I have several rings from this seller, and I've never encountered issues with discoloration or anything similar. I store them in separate zip lock bags and maintain their cleanliness. My only concern with the service is their points management; I was informed that points wouldn't expire, only to discover otherwise.

Disheartening Experience After Years of Loyalty

My partner and I have remained loyal customers for several years, making numerous purchases. The company showcases their products beautifully at the time of sale. However, one item was poorly designed and couldn't be serviced locally. After a year, one ring had a discolored shank. When I sought authorization for resizing, I was informed that the company wouldn’t accept the ring after one year. In June, we purchased two wedding bands, but by November, one band, which was well cared for, began losing baguettes. I was asked for photographic proof, and it was confirmed that the ring was not misused. I was then asked to pay $50.00 for a replacement, which I found unfair. I was quickly offered the same replacement for $25.00, and an order was assigned with immediate charges. This occurred on Nov 30th, with discussions beginning on Nov 25th. Today, I left a voicemail since no live representatives answer calls, and I have not received any responses via email, text, or phone. I am extremely disappointed and feel this serves as a cautionary tale.

Easily Found the Perfect Style

Returning items is quite difficult. Instead of making it straightforward, items must be sent back to an overseas location. As compensation, they offer various discounts on future purchases, which ultimately benefits the company. The quality is subpar—more like cheap crystal than cubic. Not recommended.
