I had been a loyal returning customer of a car rental service in Rome, renting multiple times a year, but the customer service has drastically declined. This last experience was the final straw for me. After paying for their top-tier car, I received a vehicle with scratched and dirty seats, and the fuel tank was only half full. Upon returning the car, we encountered a rude staff member who claimed his name was Luca. He attempted to blame me for several issues with the car, including a handle that I had documented with a clear photo. He also pointed out a small chip on the windscreen that was not visible during pickup due to poor lighting. He charged me 400 euros for this and laughed as we left. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Thankfully, I have insurance to cover this, but I would strongly advise against using this service. The quality has deteriorated, and the staff's rudeness has cost them a loyal customer. It's unfortunate that they no longer meet the standards they once had.
