Absolutely shocking service. Extremely disorganised and untrustworthy. Arrived 25mins before booking start time. We were told they did not have a car for us until exact booking time and sent us to book of long queue being served very slowly by one person. It took us 45mi a to reach the front of queue again. At 11:15am the car was still not ready and it took a further 1hr before we had a car and managed to drive away. Will be avoiding and no doubt the company will dissolve with this terrible customer service.
Save yourself stressful start to your holiday and do not book with company.
AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS!! The representatives were incredibly unprofessional!! They got down on their hands and knees to ‘inspect’ the rental car and discovered a minor scratch, likely from a previous user who parked near curbs or from debris on the road. They kept insisting, ‘you have to check the car’ - I repeatedly stated that I had taken 6 pictures and 2 videos. I even joked about needing stilts to check underneath, and although he admitted that the scratch was not visible when we both stood looking down, I was still compelled to pay 250 EUROS for bumper damage!! I overheard others voicing similar complaints about this service while on the plane! Stay away!!! Terrible experience!!
I had been a loyal returning customer of a car rental service in Rome, renting multiple times a year, but the customer service has drastically declined. This last experience was the final straw for me. After paying for their top-tier car, I received a vehicle with scratched and dirty seats, and the fuel tank was only half full. Upon returning the car, we encountered a rude staff member who claimed his name was Luca. He attempted to blame me for several issues with the car, including a handle that I had documented with a clear photo. He also pointed out a small chip on the windscreen that was not visible during pickup due to poor lighting. He charged me 400 euros for this and laughed as we left. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Thankfully, I have insurance to cover this, but I would strongly advise against using this service. The quality has deteriorated, and the staff's rudeness has cost them a loyal customer. It's unfortunate that they no longer meet the standards they once had.
This operation is entirely fraudulent. They attract customers with low prices and then add unexpected fees. When I attempted to address the issue, they completely stopped responding. Customer service and transparency are non-existent. Avoid at all costs.
