my experience with this company. This is the second time they have ripped me off - I should have known better from Feb 2025.
Basically, be very cautious with this lot. Picking up the car at the beginning of your trip is where the Hirer is normally in a happier state of mind, whereas at the end of the trip, we are normally tired from a long trip and often irritated - I make allowance for this.
Feb 2025 they ripped me off for replacement floor mats €75 - there weren't any in the car, in any event, why on earth would I want a set of floor mats - yeup, just stick then in your "under the seat" rucksack and when you get to the UK stick them on EBAY!!!!.
The latest return Feb 2026. When I picked the car up it was covered in dirt and grime and there were multiple blemishes on the car, 3 of which were not included in the Hire paperwork (which were very difficult to identify due to the dirt) - the agent agreed to include them. When I returned the car, the usual protocol ensued, the Agent, probably the most miserable and hostile individual I have dealt with in respect of car rental companys (she wins the award) - face like thunder, and completely uninterested. She identified, after rubbing the dirt off with her finger a blemish on the paint work to the side of the front sidelight which was no more than 2cm long and about 1.5mm wide. That will be €340 thank you very much!!! I would seriously encourage people not to use this company. I firmly believe this company has an unwritten policy of setting out to maximise their revenue by stinging innocent and decent customers for whatever they can at the end of the hire period.
The only recommendation I have for prospective Hirers - just dont use them!
