I had no credit card with my name on it at the day of the pick up , and offered to pay extra for full insurance on my debit card which normally works. But the girl at the reception went out of her way to be horrible , honestly, she just has the time of her life ruining the start of someones holiday. She was very rude, i will never forget her smirk waving and saying bye bye. So i lost my booking, and of course another company next door had no problem renting me a car and charging insurance and blocking a bit extra just in case. Which was all returned after.
I have no idea what that girl achieved and why would she do that.
