The courier did not make any contact or arrive but marked that the shipment couldn't be delivered due to an inability to reach the recipient. When I called customer service, my call was dropped three times while waiting. Eventually, when I got through, they provided no explanation for the lack of contact or delivery and postponed it until the following week.
