My experience with Itemku was very disappointing. I paid seller “Augustus” for a service, but the order kept getting delayed for around 1.5 months with repeated excuses, little to no progress, and many follow-ups from me that were ignored or left on seen. What made it even worse was that while this seller was handling my account, my account later got banned/disconnected by anti-cheat for repeated violations. Instead of urgently helping resolve the issue, it felt like my case was not prioritized at all.
As a buyer, this was very frustrating because the seller seemed to keep prioritizing other customers while the damage done to my account remained unresolved. Out of all the pilot sellers I have encountered, this was by far the worst experience I have had. From my experience, the platform’s customer service did not make me feel protected as a buyer, and it felt like sellers were being prioritized more than customers who were harmed by a transaction. I hope Itemku improves how it handles serious complaints like this, especially when a buyer’s account and money are already affected.
