This site has a terrible unfair rule for sellers, they stated that store with no active transactions

This site has a terrible unfair rule for sellers, they stated that store with no active transactions in 90 days will be closed permanently but we could contact them to reopen it back. they could reject your appeal even if you have a good rating/reviews in your store. They also dont send any warnings to the seller email and by just all of the sudden the store just get deactivated.

My store, which had a good ratings and performance, was permanently closed simply because i was taking a break from selling for over 90 days. I have contacted their customer support for an appeal to re-open my store back. However, they rejected me with no exact reason at all and they hide on "in order to improve service quality" reasons.

I saw on their discord community that some sellers could easily get their store opened back. I ask them what is the exact evaluation or things that could make my store reopened, but they replied that they cannot provide more details about that.

This rule is so unfair for sellers who want to take some breaks from selling.

Complete scammers. Goodnight I received the refund, but the credits never showed up.
Edit: I'm frustrated with the 24-hour policy regarding refunds not being processed, and I believe it should be adjusted to 5-8 hours.

Decent experience but faced issues with a seller

The experience was somewhat decent, but one seller provided an account that requires a validation code to log in. Unfortunately, the seller is uncooperative and hasn't offered a refund or a new account.

Verification Issue Despite Correct Information

I am from Fiji and submitted my verification documents, including my passport and photo. However, my verification was rejected with the reason "EM - Country Not Match." My country is accurately set as Fiji, and I have correctly selected Oceania in the regional settings. I am confused about why my verification was denied based on a country mismatch. Frustrating experience for sellers

If you're selling, please take note: this platform does not support sellers at all. I sold an item and received the buyer's username, added them on the platform, and completed the transaction with proof. However, the buyer claimed they didn't receive their product, and despite my evidence, the support team sided with them and issued a refund. I lost both my item and money. Having proof means nothing here. Selling is not worth the hassle, as the support team will always favor the buyer.

Disappointing support for sellers

This platform does not help sellers at all. Even with proof of a transaction, they ignore it. Buyers can exploit the system and claim they didn't receive items, leading to refunds without consequences. I strongly advise against using this platform for selling.

The customer service response time is slow, especially regarding complaints. Each representative manages multiple customers, which leads to misunderstandings of the process. Often, they resolve issues with only one party involved, leaving many problems unaddressed.
