I adore the characters and plushies! Everything is incredibly cute! I'm giving a lower rating because customer service was quite rude when I reached out regarding an issue with my plush. One of its eyes fell off, and I simply asked for the bead size used for the eyes so I could replace it myself. The representative was condescending, implying I should have taken better care of it, and refused to provide the bead size. I only wanted to explain the accident that caused the issue, not demand anything for free. Regardless, I felt belittled for asking. (Note: This happened in 2023; I wasn't sure how to leave a review until recently.) In 2025, I received an order much faster than before, and they included a free small item! Despite my love for the shop and its characters, they need to improve their customer service.
