I ordered two items from a shop a little over a month ago, and unfortunately, my package was lost by my local delivery service. However, the customer service team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of locating my lost package! They responded promptly (within an hour) and resolved the issue on the same day I reached out. I've been purchasing from this platform since 2020 and have never encountered any problems with the quality of their products. Thank you so much!

They show no concern. I paid for shipping that was supposed to take 4-8 days. A month later, I still don't have my items (I spent $100) and they just asked me to wait longer. This won't work for Christmas. It's not worth the frustration and disappointment. There are other options available.
I adore the characters and plushies! Everything is incredibly cute! I'm giving a lower rating because customer service was quite rude when I reached out regarding an issue with my plush. One of its eyes fell off, and I simply asked for the bead size used for the eyes so I could replace it myself. The representative was condescending, implying I should have taken better care of it, and refused to provide the bead size. I only wanted to explain the accident that caused the issue, not demand anything for free. Regardless, I felt belittled for asking. (Note: This happened in 2023; I wasn't sure how to leave a review until recently.) In 2025, I received an order much faster than before, and they included a free small item! Despite my love for the shop and its characters, they need to improve their customer service.

Since then, I have been purchasing and urging my family to get more plushies from the platform. Currently, I own two plushies: a blue variant of their most popular item and a pink version that resembles a baby plush. I love their products and hope to acquire more soon.

I particularly enjoy the occasional surprises they include with orders, like stickers or rare plush keychains at no extra cost. My only minor complaint is that shipping can be a bit pricey and take some time. I've also received items with minor defects, like one with a hole in its stitching. Overall, despite a few hiccups, the quality of their merchandise is generally good. I would definitely recommend shopping with them, especially if you enjoy cute and quirky items.
