Recently, I logged in to find that all my 'lifetime' subscriptions had vanished without notice. Upon contacting the support team, I was informed that this access was no longer valid. The only option provided was a mere three months of temporary access to two subscriptions I had already paid for, with no mention of my other subscriptions or any form of compensation. This is not what I was sold, nor what I agreed to.
