Misleading offers: 'Lifetime access' revoked. I’m sharing my experience to warn others. Over time, I acquired multiple subscriptions marketed as lifetime access, believing they would last indefinitely. Recently, I logged in to find that all my 'lifetime' subscriptions had been removed without notice. Upon contacting the support team, I was informed that lifetime access was no longer honored. The only alternative offered was three months of temporary access to just two subscriptions I had already paid for, with no acknowledgment of the other subscriptions or any compensation provided. This is not what was promised, and it certainly does not align with my agreement.

Avoid wasting your money. I found the service very disappointing; I purchased a practice exam for a specific certification, and about 50% of the questions or answers were incorrect. When I emailed the company two days later requesting a refund and offered to correct the questions, I was told this wasn't possible.
After being a loyal customer for years and buying several lifetime subscriptions, I recently logged in to discover all my subscriptions had been removed. When I contacted customer service, I learned that my so-called 'lifetime' subscriptions were no longer valid. They offered me a three-month limited restoration of one subscription—no thanks. I’d rather share the word about their questionable business practices and the inaccuracies of their exam answers. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would have chosen.
