After being a loyal customer for years and buying several lifetime subscriptions, I recently logged in to discover all my subscriptions had been removed. When I contacted customer service, I learned that my so-called 'lifetime' subscriptions were no longer valid. They offered me a three-month limited restoration of one subscription—no thanks. I’d rather share the word about their questionable business practices and the inaccuracies of their exam answers. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would have chosen.
