Purchased a 2-year subscription by mistake on October 5, 2025 (5599 RUB). Realized the error immediately and requested cancellation/refund through their cancellation section and support.Timeline:Opened chargeback with my bank (Sberbank) right away → denied because "service is provided in full".Contacted iTop support: told to wait 30 days due to "pending funds".After 30 days: "funds not received" → advised to contact payment processor (they confirmed funds went to iTop).Then: "wait 120 days from activation".After 120+ days (now 140+ days passed): offered "additional features" instead of refund.Insisted on refund only → last messages ignored for 7+ days.Subscription still active, no cancellation, no refund.Their official Refund Policy clearly states 30-day full money-back guarantee for all subscription plans. They violated it completely with delays, contradictions, and ignoring requests.Sent formal claim to support, media — no response. Bank refused chargeback again.This seems like deliberate evasion. I do not recommend iTop VPN — poor support, misleading refund policy, and bad faith handling. 1 star only because the app might work for some, but customer service is unacceptable.
