I would highly recommend their skin products, i literally loved their black soap for my pigmentation on my arms and back. It has given drastic changes to my skin. I went to their trafford centre shop and the staff there was so helpful, knowledgeable, and generous with me. I remember it was a girl named humna their on the shop who guided me. Also tried the hydrating cream and a serum both smelled amazing. Will definitely be going back for them now. Excellent customer service experience, humna is a star and asset to your brand.
I came across this stall in the Trafford Centre around 6 months or more ago. At the time my daughter (who is now 13m) was suffering with bad eczema and we had tried so many creams from the doctors and all irritated her skin or made the eczema worse. I wanted to avoid steroid creams and ideally find something natural. A gentleman on the stall spoke to us about the Neem Cream and he was so helpful; he advised that any changes could take a few months in line with the skins usual cycles. We decided to give this a go and WOW, her skin is so so soft and the eczema is clear. I did have times of doubt through this process but I genuinely believe her skin would not be as good as it is now without this cream. We're now using the large 1kg tub which is going to last us ages! Thank you so much for creating this cream, I highly recommend for anyone suffering from eczema
Went to the one in Meadowhall today and their was a man and girl the girl was really good in identifying what I need for my skin she was also very respectful and very professional and she even showed me past clients updates on them using it so that really reassured me and the owner he was really professional and gave me so much knowledge on skin I never even knew he even gave me dieting tips in order to help my skin and their was a situation were the bag split and I went back to the shop and the owner and the girl was so understanding they replaced all the damage items I can’t wait to use the products. (Didn’t get their names ) I really recommend this place to anyone they will help
Money didn’t matter as long as this cream and soap got the job done. All big claims about how organic and home made it is but after applied on my niece it made things even worse for her. Waste of money as well as putting the poor girl through soo much pain and making her health even worse. Avoid their products and especially the ones at Trafford centre. Will be filing a report and making sure someone tests their products before they’re put on the market ps: the store refused to give out receipt as well claiming we don’t do receipts for cash payers.
