Process was quick and simple. Those claiming poor service due to not receiving a test clearly haven't read what they were purchasing before they placed their order.Instructions were clear from the off. Service was quick and comprehensive. Also identified my child is intolerant to hamsters so I will be using this very valid excuse not to have one forever!However, I have emailed asking for a proper receipt and I haven't had a response and have now sent a chaser email. I need this to claim my costs back via a health scheme before the end of March. Hopefully both a response and a proper receipt will be forthcoming.

complet silence from the company

the hair sample was sent on 19th january, it is now 9th february - i have had zero communication in spite of emails sent to the company. i would be happy to improve the score if someone would respond........

Its a scamAvoid at all costBecause i have emailed you on numerous occassions for find out where my results are and to request a refund. And havent heard a single thing back. The only resposnse i have recieved is this RUDE comment back. It is a scam. And u are a prick

Just shows what you ate, there are better one out there

1) out of my test TWICE now, came everything I ate the last 6 months. I asked my doctor and he said that is normal because that's what they look for. This is NOT AN INTOLLERANCE1) When i gave my information, I got "by mistake" a lot of other's people information, birth of dates, email-adresses. This is highly highly confident. when i told them, i just got a new code but no sorry or no explanation.

People need to read the literature - it isn't a kit you receive!!

Great customer service, I too didn't read the information correctly at first and was expecting a kit. I also managed to mess up my email address for the order but Alice was amazing and sorted it all out. It is simplicity itself, follow the instructions, send off a few hairs in an envelope and very quickly you get your results back.I wasn't surprised by my results overall, had suspected a few intolerances (people moaning on here about the tests should remember allergies and intolerances are different)Great service for reasonable amount of money, so thank you

Don’t get draw in by the price

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered two kits. Then got an email saying I needed to supply hair in a sealed bag, no kit is sent out. After about a week, I hadn’t got round to sending the samples and got an email saying my samples had been received. I emailed to say I had not sent my samples and was concerned about the lack of care with samples and data protection. The response was poor, did not acknowledge my concerns, just provided a refund. Later I received results, presumably someone’s else’s or as another review says I suspect everyone just gets the same report. I would avoid.

Not too impressed if I'm honest

I suffer from a few things, so was curious to see if any triggers could be identified using this test. Whilst instructions, communication etc were exemplary, I can't help feeling a little disappointed with my results. Yes, I received a very comprehensive list of things I am possibly intolerant to, but after each section, there is a conclusion section. These sections are merely information on eating healthy and being sensible, whereas I expected a more personalised analysis of the things they'd identified as triggers. Also, one of the things I know for a fact makes me feel rubbish, is Ginger, which surprisingly got a green dot on my report, so make of that what you will.Overall, I would say it's OK, but don't expect anything earth shattering.
