Review Time
I placed an order 10 days ago and have not received anything; my account doesn't indicate whether it has been shipped. The customer service team is located outside the UK and is unable to provide a tracking number. Very disappointing service.
I selected delivery within 3-5 working days. On the 6th day, I inquired about the status and was told it would arrive today or tomorrow. Unfortunately, the delivery service changed the time, and I wasn’t home, resulting in a delay. The company offered me a £5 voucher for their store. While I like their products, the customer service experience has left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend ordering through their online platform.

Terrible service! The customer service was even worse. It took me 10 attempts for them to understand my order number. They had no idea what they were doing. I’ve been waiting for my order, which hasn’t arrived in 10 days, and I can’t call back until tomorrow to request a refund! Unbelievable! I’ve never ordered from them before and never will again. AWFUL.
I've used this retailer for a while without issues until recently. I purchased an advent calendar as a gift and inquired about its availability during sales. After being misled, I contacted customer service to request a refund for the price difference. They promised twice that a manager would call me, but I received no follow-up. I feel misled and that they could have easily resolved this given my previous spending.
My online order was sent to the wrong address. It’s impossible to reach them. They eventually replied to my email, but haven’t sent a correct replacement. I can’t respond to their email, so I have to start the process over. They haven’t responded to my messages on social media either. Very frustrating customer service.
It seems the staff are on commission. I have two local shops, and the staff are overly aggressive in trying to sell products. They should let customers browse in peace; if we need something, we will ask. Their prices are also absurdly high; for example, £14 for a lavender shower gel that goes down to £4 in sales. Never buy anything at full price from this shop.
I purchased two gifts from the website, thinking they were reasonable at £15. However, when they arrived, they looked like cheap items worth £5 max. The quality has drastically declined. Additionally, I noticed many negative reviews with no replies from the company. It seems they are just trying to make money before closing down and are selling poor-quality products.
