AWFUL EXPERIENCE I ordered a bridle on the 4th January and it had a delivery time of 3 weeks. When that time had been done, I started to chase the order. What followed was many many phone calls, Facebook messages, emails, many of which went unanswered to begin with. When I was responded to, I was met with a ridiculous excuse about them changing courier and something going wrong. After that excuse, I was told they were sending out a second one as the first order had been lost. I was given so many promises that I would receive my order and even the promises of calls backs from then, we not followed through on. I have never known so many promises of delivery or call backs, without the item being delivered. I was so patient and understanding the whole way through, but when I had had enough and wanted the full refund, I was once again ignored. I ended up having to request a refund through clear pay, as that’s how I paid, which I finally got today, almost exactly 3 MONTHS after I placed the order.If I had seen these reviews before ordering, I would never have ordered through this company.
