Ordered an exercise sheet early March, still waiting early April. No response to emails, phone calls or online chat. Fortunately paid by credit card, so the bank are sorting it out. Please Please do not ever use this company they take your money and don’t deliver the goods.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

AWFUL EXPERIENCE I ordered a bridle on the 4th January and it had a delivery time of 3 weeks. When that time had been done, I started to chase the order. What followed was many many phone calls, Facebook messages, emails, many of which went unanswered to begin with. When I was responded to, I was met with a ridiculous excuse about them changing courier and something going wrong. After that excuse, I was told they were sending out a second one as the first order had been lost. I was given so many promises that I would receive my order and even the promises of calls backs from then, we not followed through on. I have never known so many promises of delivery or call backs, without the item being delivered. I was so patient and understanding the whole way through, but when I had had enough and wanted the full refund, I was once again ignored. I ended up having to request a refund through clear pay, as that’s how I paid, which I finally got today, almost exactly 3 MONTHS after I placed the order.If I had seen these reviews before ordering, I would never have ordered through this company.

They don’t have their own stock they just post pictures and prices then try source them absolute fraud ! Absolute waste of time Ordered a pair of wellies, said they’d be 7 working days delivery (I have voicemail proof) Had NO update at all just a order confirmation After countless calls, messages and voicemails I said to the company I was opening a refund with clearpay (who I used to pay) they rang me straight away to say that it would be 12-20 working days and that the boots were in customs (says the company is in London and the wellies were in stock) Woman on the phone was very argumentative and kept talking over me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEMI’ve heard nothing but bad things about them and I’m hoping to warn people
