Absolute waste of time Ordered a pair of wellies, said they’d be 7 working days delivery (I have voicemail proof) Had NO update at all just a order confirmation After countless calls, messages and voicemails I said to the company I was opening a refund with clearpay (who I used to pay) they rang me straight away to say that it would be 12-20 working days and that the boots were in customs (says the company is in London and the wellies were in stock) Woman on the phone was very argumentative and kept talking over me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEMI’ve heard nothing but bad things about them and I’m hoping to warn people
