This company buys goods to order, and do state their lead time (ie 3 weeks lead time, gives them time to use your money to go buy the goods and dispatch to you). But the actual time for delivery way surpasses that! They don't answer voicemails (and rarely pick up calls); don't answer facebook messages (whilst continuing to promote new deals on social media). When you do speak, you get contradictory information about the status of the order, and promises to come back to you with an update (these fail to happen). The service communication is poor at best, more accurately rude to the extreme. When you finally have enough of being left with no assurance that your order will ever be fulfilled, and ask for a refund, that doesn't happen either (and they can't give a date when they supposedly processed it, and can't let you speak to the person who deals with refunds, who might be able to provide this information...). Just shocking, the whole experience has been horrendous, and not one I'd ever repeat. I'll stick to other online suppliers who can and do deliver. Unfortunately I'm still having to regularly chase, to ensure I do get a refund (or as other customers have found they needed to do, "harrass" them into giving back money that doesn't belong to them...). Avoid like the plague (or alternative pandemic). Unless you just want to lose your money (in which case I'd suggest donating to charity instead!)
