I ordered an item from this company online on 5 Nov 2020, paid by Paypal. They called me on 25/11 and said item was being supplied from the Netherlands, they had problems with Brexit etc etc. and it should be with me within the next few days. Nothing received. I emailed on 9 Dec asking what was happening. No response. Called them on 19 December and they called me back. More excuses. Nothing received. Called again on 4 Jan, they called me back a day later. She didn't appear to know whether she actually had the item or not. Asked for a refund which they said would be processed within 7 days. Called them on 10 Feb as no refund and was told she needed to speak to the person who does the refunds and would call me back. She didn't. Called again on 12 Feb and left a mesage. She called me back and said she would "do the refund again" and it would be there by Monday 15th. It wasn't. Called 16 Feb and left an angry message. Decided to raise a Paypal dispute - but discovered I was just outside the 180 days allowed by paypal to raise a dispute since the original order date.I then searched on a Facebook "equestrian scammers" page and found loads of references to this company - they have done the same to loads of people, it seems that they do eventually get the goods to customers or refund them but it takes months and loads of hassle and their customer service is truly appalling.They also delete any negative posts from their Facebook page.I would never ever order from this company again and would suggest no-one else does either.
