As a fairly savvy homeowner I've purchased from ITS a few times. My experience is that they're efficient, quick on delivery & responsive to queries. I've bought a grid inverter and five PV panels, then recently a hybrid inverter and eleven PV panels; on each occasion I've looked around at prices and found ITS good value. On the latest occasion both the inverter & the panels I saw on the website sold out before I could purchase but Jonathan recommended alternatives, and I'm very happy with those.
