Rapid delivery at a competitive price, and the company will arrange appropriate transportation if access doesn’t allow larger vehicles; in my case, the installation was a DIY solar project, and the company allowed for customer removal by hand from the truck, which is perfect for DIY enthusiasts like me without a forklift. I also found them to be knowledgeable regarding my questions.
Ordering was simple on the platform, and my question about suitable mounting hardware led to a very helpful call from the support team. I thought I had picked a delivery date, but I was surprised to receive a call from a driver earlier than expected. Luckily, I was home and received my 4 panels, well packaged and secured on a pallet, shortly after. A confirmation of the delivery arrangements from the support team would have avoided this near-miss. So four stars instead of five, but overall very pleased.
