I’m not a serial reviewer but this was worthy so here goes.After getting a price for a Libbi battery installation from a local approved electrician, I had resigned myself to it being out of reach financially. I stumbled across ITS and found that the hardware prices were significantly less so tried steering my potential installer that way. No response. But then I noticed the online form for installations. Filled in the form, sent some pictures and details and got a very attractive priced quote through on a Sunday evening from Jonathon. There were no hurdles, emails were replied to promptly and an order was placed. Delivery date was booked, and installation within a couple of weeks.Installers were spot on, had never set eyes on the property but got stuck in straight away. No unforeseen problems or other issues. Nothing seemed a problem and they were friendly and informative. Job was finished in good time, a nice neat unobtrusive external installation and a very clean job site when they’d left. Yes it was a fairly uncomplicated job, but it went clockwork smooth and looks and functions great.
