I love the poke bowls from itsu, it is always fresh and the portions are larger than other similar products. Their customer service team is outstanding. I forgot to scan my loyalty card and was advised to contact customer services to have my butterflies added on. They responded within 3 days with profuse apologies for the delay and extra butterflies. Given the error was mine and not theirs I was extremely impressed.
