I picked up the Veggie Deluxe Box from Itsu at the Trafford Centre on Friday, and it was excellent. Fresh, colourful, and genuinely satisfying. The variety was spot on, with a great balance of flavours and textures throughout. Light enough not to feel heavy, but substantial enough to keep me going through a busy afternoon.
What really elevated the visit, though, was the service. Malvis was an absolute credit to the branch, a lovely guy, incredibly helpful, and with a genuinely warm manner. Nothing felt rushed, and he went out of his way to assist with a smile that felt completely natural.
Great food is important. Great people make it memorable. I’ll definitely be returning.
We previously bought seaweed in bulk, but encountered a bad batch where the Sriracha flavor was completely absent—no seasoning at all. I reached out to the support team, and they promised to send a coupon as compensation. After three months of waiting, I followed up only to be told they would send it immediately. Yet again, nothing arrived. It seems like they could just email the code instead of sending anything physical. It's really disappointing since this used to be our favorite snack, but now we’re left with a stockpile of bland seaweed and won't be purchasing again due to the poor handling by support.
I had a very disappointing experience at a local venue. The service was quite rude. Although the food arrived quickly, we had concerns about the chicken not being properly cooked. We ultimately couldn't eat it due to its slimy texture. I won't be returning. I felt unable to raise concerns with the staff because of their rudeness. Despite being young, we still expect decent service and food that is safe to eat.

I dined with friends at a location near a major station before catching a train. I hadn’t been there for a while and ordered chicken teriyaki. It arrived in a paper pot with bits of noodles, chopped vegetables, a sweet sticky sauce, and dry chicken pieces. I couldn't finish it as it was the blandest meal I’ve had in a long time. It didn’t offer good value for money, just bits of sad food in a paper pot. Very disappointing and not what I remembered.
I walked in to check the menu but saw no staff. Then I heard a voice say that I wouldn’t get served standing there. When two staff members appeared, I felt unwelcome and decided to leave. As I walked out, one staff member made a rude comment. Very unprofessional.
