Placed an order 31/1/26 for an item just over $1k. Phoned them 3/2/26 to ascertain status because I’d received no updates. Offshore call centre staff cannot deviate from their scripts. I was informed they’d been trying to contact me for verification of an order for that amount. I had NOT received email or phone call. I followed the request and submitted verification document. 4/2/26 phoned to confirm document received and get update. Couldn’t tell me anything except that I’d be notified when verification was finalized. 5/2/26 phoned again. Same script. Asked to speak with supervisor/manager. Told my matter had been escalated and someone would phone me back. Call back by supervisor done hours later who said she couldn’t understand what the hold up had been. She would investigate and call back. 6/2/26 phoned again because I hadn’t received a call back. Told they had been trying to contact me. Again, NO email ir phone call. They couldn’t say when item would be shipped. I told operator to cancel order. She said that wasn’t an option so I said I’d cancel the payment. Contacted PayPal to cancel payment. They said the merchant had cancelled the order 3/2/26. WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER.
