Superb customer care from Asanda

I have a query about a program that was on schedule record that suddenly disappeared before the end of the series so I sent an email to ITVX help.What a superfast and lovely email I got from Asanda in ITV Customer & Viewer Services. Faultless service and customer care so thank you very much - first class service

Error code 101-001

An error code appeared preventing me from watching. An online search suggested the code meant it had been detected I was watching from outside the UK. Nobody told me Scotland was now independent! Their “customer service” is an online form to submit. It took me in a loop back to the page where I started. Sadly I can’t watch the rest of the series but with ads every 5-10 mins I’m not that bothered. I won’t repeat the itv x experience in a hurry.

Awful App

One of the poorest streaming apps I've used so far. Constant glitches on the phone app, and laptop isn't much better. Advertising has a tendency to loop back on itself instead of starting the programme, and you can only clear caches so many times! Thinking at this stage that the ads are so dominating, they're ruining the actual function of the app. Sort it out or lose it ITV.

It’s about time someone in a…

It’s about time someone in a responsible position in this company started reading customer feedback and took some action to correct the woeful website and app they throw out to customers. I have been locked out of my account for months with seemingly no way to get round the layers of complete ineptitude they surround themselves with.

Awful!!

Awful. Bring back ITV hub!! This streaming service is constantly dropping out and if you pause it to go away for just a short while it kicks you out and you have to search for the program again. I am constantly having to re-boot the fire stick because of it. Try to avoid as much as possible and watch I Player instead
