Unexpected upgrade to premium tier without consent

I was automatically upgraded to the premium tier after the trial period (20 euros/100 hours per month) without my selection. I had been using the basic level, which suited my needs, and the support team is unwilling to issue a refund... feels a bit deceptive...

Disappointing free trial experience

Difficult to cancel the trial period

I used a free 20-hour trial and found it very hard to cancel. The app doesn’t allow it, and navigating the website took me a long time. I almost panicked, thinking I had unintentionally subscribed.

Great selection of recent audiobooks

I appreciate the large variety of audiobooks available, including many recent releases. I also love the option to listen and abandon books if they don’t suit my taste. The ability to download multiple titles for long walks or flights is a plus.

Gift card issue

I received a gift card for my birthday, but when I tried to use it, the code was invalid. Customer service couldn’t help, despite having proof of purchase. I will not use this service again.

Poor usability and misleading reading time

The usability is lacking. The reading time seems calculated by an odd formula, resulting in a fast reader getting significantly less time than promised.
