This has been a deeply disappointing experience. I graduated in late 2024, and now I feel ready to share my thoughts. I cannot recommend this institution. The teaching and administrative quality are severely lacking, especially for international students. 1. Disorganized Start of Studies: The academic year began much later than announced. I arrived on the specified date, expecting orientation, but instead attended an unhelpful meeting and waited two weeks for classes to start, incurring unnecessary costs. 2. Poor Communication: I was informed that student transport tickets were canceled and would be restored, but I received no updates. I had to pay out of pocket due to lack of communication. 3. Unacceptable Finance Department: They do not respond to inquiries, and I've been trying to resolve an issue regarding €390 for over 1.5 years without success. 4. Hidden Financial Issues: There’s no clear guidance on exam and thesis timelines, leading to unnecessary expenses. 5. Lack of Career Support: Despite attending events, I received no meaningful assistance. 6. Low Teaching Quality: The academic standards are alarmingly low compared to my previous studies. I give two stars only for two outstanding lecturers. This institution is costly and fails to deliver on its promises.
