The only thing I regret in my life is applying here. You are not considered a student until you have completed 50% of your studies, yet when it comes to money suddenly you are considered a student. They pressure you to pay even though you have cancelled everything and they threaten to send debt collectors after you even though you have not used the platform and are not even a student. I would not recommend this to anyone. Stay far away. All they see in you is money. And IU… don’t copy and paste your template text like “We’re sorry this happened to you,” blah blah blah. If you were actually sorry and took the previous feedback into account, you would have already made changes a long time ago.

Unacceptable Finance Department: They are unresponsive, and I’ve been trying to resolve an issue regarding €390 for over 1.5 years. 4. Concealed Financial Issues: Lack of clarity on exam and thesis timelines led to unnecessary costs. 5. Lack of Career Support: No meaningful guidance despite attending events. 6. Low Teaching Quality: The standards are alarmingly low compared to my previous education. I give two stars only for two exceptional lecturers. This institution is costly and fails to deliver on its promises.
Extremely disappointing experience. As an online MA student, I am frustrated with how the institution addresses crucial student issues. I mistakenly uploaded the wrong assignment file on Turnitin and reported it immediately, but the Exams Office insists on automated responses, forcing me to lose an exam attempt due to rigid policies. I've sent numerous emails and contacted lecturers without receiving adequate responses. It's disheartening to pay tuition and work hard only to be hindered by unfair administrative rules. This institution promotes flexibility for online learners, but my experience reflects the opposite: delayed responses, lack of accountability, and policies that disadvantage online students. I hope someone will address this fairly.

Lack of Career Support: Despite attending events, I received no meaningful assistance. 6. Low Teaching Quality: The academic standards are alarmingly low compared to my previous studies. I give two stars only for two outstanding lecturers. This institution is costly and fails to deliver on its promises.
