I graduated in late 2024 and now feel ready to share my thoughts. I cannot recommend this institution. Teaching and administration quality are severely lacking. 1. Chaotic Start to Studies: The academic year began later than communicated, leading to unnecessary expenses. 2. Poor Communication: I was not informed about the status of student transport tickets, resulting in out-of-pocket costs. 3. Unacceptable Finance Department: They are unresponsive, and I’ve been trying to resolve an issue regarding €390 for over 1.5 years. 4. Concealed Financial Issues: Lack of clarity on exam and thesis timelines led to unnecessary costs. 5. Lack of Career Support: No meaningful guidance despite attending events. 6. Low Teaching Quality: The standards are alarmingly low compared to my previous education. I give two stars only for two exceptional lecturers. This institution is costly and fails to deliver on its promises.
