I had two orders with this company. One direct on their website, and one on Indiegogo via the platform's "Pledge Manager" service for completed projects that still have product available. This is important because I was not backing a project speculatively, but buying a finished project. I emailed the company about my order that I placed directly on their website. I received quick and helpful respones. Until I mentioned I had yet to recevie my Indiegogo order, they asked for me to send them the order information, which I repleiud with a full ap[ge screenshot of my order. That was 3 months ago, and despite countless messages, I can not get anyone from Ivana Designs to reply to me or refund me or even just process my refund. And from a quick glance at At this point I have already contacted/will be contacting: California Bureaue of Consumer Portections, California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, California Departmnent of Consumer Affairs, The FTC's Scam and Fraud Center, and The FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center, to name a few.
