I had two orders with this company. One direct on their website, and one on Indiegogo via the platform's "Pledge Manager" service for completed projects that still have product available. This is important because I was not backing a project speculatively, but buying a finished project.
I emailed the company about my order that I placed directly on their website. I received quick and helpful respones. Until I mentioned I had yet to recevie my Indiegogo order, they asked for me to send them the order information, which I repleiud with a full ap[ge screenshot of my order. That was 3 months ago, and despite countless messages, I can not get anyone from Ivana Designs to reply to me or refund me or even just process my refund. And from a quick glance at

What I love most about the Infinity Sponge is the fact that it’s eco-friendly and can be used to clean hot wares. As someone who espouses minimalism and owns limited cookware, this helps me immensely, since I often need to clean used, hot wares for their next use. The sponge is also quite sustainable and lasts longer than its market counterparts, making it worth the money invested. Highly recommended!

I ordered the Infinity Sponge from Ivana Designs because of its durability, odor resistance, and eco-friendliness. The product itself performs well , it stays fresh much longer than regular sponges and is noticeably more durable. Initially, the shipping cost to Germany seemed too high, so I contacted their customer service. To my surprise, they responded promptly with a reasonable shipping option and arranged for the package to be sent from their local warehouse. Thanks to that, I didn’t have to pay any customs fees, as everything was handled in advance. Overall, I had a great experience with Ivana Designs both the product and the support team exceeded my expectations.
