The product itself performs well , it stays fresh much longer than regular sponges and is noticeably more durable. To my surprise, they responded promptly with a reasonable shipping option and arranged for the package to be sent from their local warehouse. Thanks to that, I didn’t have to pay any customs fees, as everything was handled in advance.
