On IndieGoGo, they keep deleting reviews so I have created this page to hold them accountable for the terrible customer service. The company has not responded to any emails for almost a month. I purchased 2 pillows + a bed set for close to $1000 no one has gotten back to me with where the order is. I attempted to contact the company directly on three occasions, I even reached out directly to IndieGoGo who provided their direct email details and still no response from the supplier. While banks won't refund after more than 60 days there is nothing more I can do other than to warn others to stay away from this company.
