My experience using iVisa has been very negative. There is no transparency. At the time of payment, which is requested before entering the required information, the commission fee (which is extremely high) is not disclosed. I may have been naive, but the website does nothing to provide clear information so that people can make an informed decision about how much they are spending and why.
Moreover, the fee was five times higher for a standard request, not for an urgent one. Even though I tried to request a refund, including a partial one, just 8 hours after starting the application, nothing could be done.
