I used an IVISA to apply for a Malaysian tourist E-visa. As of January 20, 2026, I have yet to receive the E-visa. All my efforts to know why the visa is taking longer to be issued proved abortive. They have been promised that the E-Visa will be out on many different dates. The ast IVISA agent representative I chat with ( Juan ) told me a different story. I utmost believe that IVISA did not apply for the E-visa. I have asked them on several occasions to cancel the application but they refused. They refused to refund me the money that I paid. I am highly disappointed by IVISA. They claim to be experts in the visa application process. Please do not believe that. They charge twice the amount of what the official government website charges for visa fee processing. I'm advised, please don't use IVISA for your visa application process. I don't want you to victim of circumstance. I don't think they are genuine. Please be warned. I do not fall for this scammer.
I applied for a Singapore Arrival Card as an Australian citizen which is FREE. However, iVisa charged me $129 for this Arrival Card. I have requested a refund only to recieved an email saying "We're writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (contact) may not exist".
Avoid iVisa if you do not wish to have your money stolen. This is effectively fraud.

An absolute disgrace. Was charged $129.95 for what I thought was a eVisa for Thailand. What they have given me is a Digital Arrival Card which takes 2 minutes to fill out on the official app and is free to do. Can't believe these guys haven't been shut down by authorities if this is how they do business. I assume any positive reviews are fake and AI generated
It is a scam website. They tried to charge me MYR369.99 even though it is FREE for Malaysians to have an eVisa through the government website. It takes me 24hours to get it approved, rather than 2 days, this scam website said. I was lucky I didn't fall for it. Double-check with the government trusted website first!
This website is a scam that makes you pay for travel documents that you can get for free. Do not use it they will scam you and trick you into paying hundreds of dollars for a rush order when you can do it for free on your own more quickly.
This is a scam. It is fraud. The digital travel card I applied for not cost a cent. Ivisa charged me AUD 500.
The information on it were false. Now it won't refund my money. DO NOT USE IT!!
They offered me a partial refund on condition that I amend my review.
This is how they operate. They are scammers and a fraudulent business. They prey on unsuspecting people.
Do not trust them them at all and do not use them.
My experience using iVisa has been very negative. There is no transparency. At the time of payment, which is requested before entering the required information, the commission fee (which is extremely high) is not disclosed. I may have been naive, but the website does nothing to provide clear information so that people can make an informed decision about how much they are spending and why.
Moreover, the fee was five times higher for a standard request, not for an urgent one. Even though I tried to request a refund, including a partial one, just 8 hours after starting the application, nothing could be done.
An absolute rip off! I needed a simple Digital Arrival Card for Malaysia, quickly,and they charged me the equivalant of US 145.00. It was too late to cancel the credit card authorisation and when I tried to complain I was transferred to an AI Bot with automated reaponses. Most other services charge around $35.00. Never again.
I was overcharged by ivisa for £95 when the real price is supposed to be £10 when trying to get a Esta to Britain.
Absolutely no one should use this site,go to the official government website and pay £10 ONLY!!!
Read the fine print! iVisa provides a service for an e-visa to Cambodia and charges a lot for it. You still have to pay for a visa on arrival so you only save about 2 minutes to fill out the same document as they provide.
