I used an IVISA to apply for a Malaysian tourist E-visa. As of January 20, 2026, I have yet to receive the E-visa. All my efforts to know why the visa is taking longer to be issued proved abortive. They have been promised that the E-Visa will be out on many different dates. The ast IVISA agent representative I chat with ( Juan ) told me a different story. I utmost believe that IVISA did not apply for the E-visa. I have asked them on several occasions to cancel the application but they refused. They refused to refund me the money that I paid. I am highly disappointed by IVISA. They claim to be experts in the visa application process. Please do not believe that. They charge twice the amount of what the official government website charges for visa fee processing. I'm advised, please don't use IVISA for your visa application process. I don't want you to victim of circumstance. I don't think they are genuine. Please be warned. I do not fall for this scammer.
