I even mailed them about this before ordering and they assured me it would be fine and arrive. Few weeks later, still not here. I asked them about it, saying this is what i said would happen, what about tracking options? Basically got an answer saying just this; "only tracked if you order from the china warehouse" And nothing else.Kinda disappointed, I ordered many times from ivo and rechem in the Netherlands before I moved to Spain.Be careful.
