Due to this, I've been exposed to some very interesting elements for my collection, and I'm very grateful for having discovered these!I was skeptical but honestly it doesn't get better than this. ACTUALLY: Ivolabs, please allow DHL Express as a delivery option. Even if it costs 50 EUR per order in shipping, it's really annoying not having tracking or knowing when the package will arrive due to inconsistencies with the postal services.DHL Express is a service that would deliver on the very next day in most of Europe, please incorporate this! (I'd happily pay 50 EUR for shipping if you added this)I hope you will take this feedback and turn it into a feature as this would honestly transform your business into the best site for conducting early research.5/5 stars!
Ordered from them to Spain and i live in the outskirts of my town, where the postal service doesnt deliver letters, only tracked mail. I even mailed them about this before ordering and they assured me it would be fine and arrive. Few weeks later, still not here. I asked them about it, saying this is what i said would happen, what about tracking options? Basically got an answer saying just this; "only tracked if you order from the china warehouse" And nothing else.Kinda disappointed, I ordered many times from ivo and rechem in the Netherlands before I moved to Spain.Be careful.
