I solved the issue with comunication and found that my parcel was sent the 30th.Today 11th July is in my hands.So I must correct my suspicious on this shop with my previous review.Everything was in order in the package, I'm waiting some reagents to try on but that's will be a week at least. Apparently, my only issue was lack of communication (in fact I gave a 4/5) but if you trust, follow the directions, "everything goes" in fact 2 orders out of 2 went well.They may not answer very often, but overall I must apologize for my suspiciousness "too early" on my prev review. Wish the best and hope they continue to send good research quality
