This is a complete scam. I usually check reviews before making online purchases, but with the seemingly local company (I live nearby), appealing images of products, and claims about discounts due to retirement, it seemed legitimate. The mug I received, which was supposedly a nearly £100 handcrafted item, turned out to be a cheap, small plastic piece. Stay away at all costs. The positive reviews are definitely fake.
